What you'll do

As the Principal Engineer, you will define and own the multi-year technical architecture for the Developer Platform ecosystem — your role will involve ensuring that all internal tools and infrastructure are resilient, performant, and scalable. You will act as the Chief Architect, setting the technical vision for core build systems and driving architectural standards across the Platform & Apps group.

You will be responsible for championing engineering quality — this includes architecting solutions that enforce technical standards and automating governance across the developer lifecycle. Your influence will extend to mentoring team members and elevating the organization's technical capabilities through expert consulting and design reviews.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical decisions align with the broader organizational strategy — your ability to communicate complex technical concepts will be essential in guiding teams through architectural challenges. You will also play a key role in driving the adoption of best practices in platform engineering and enablement.
