Khoros is hiring a Technical Consultant to design and implement optimal solutions for customers. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and guide them to appropriate technical solutions. This position requires strong communication skills and experience in backend technologies.

Who you are
You have a strong background in backend technologies, with experience in designing and implementing solutions that meet customer needs. Your expertise in Java and C# allows you to articulate complex technical concepts in layman's terms, making you an effective communicator with clients. You thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver successful projects.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for scoping, estimating, and architecting customizations and integrations on core products. Your ability to understand customer goals and translate them into technical solutions is a key strength. You are also comfortable accommodating US working hours, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to customer success.
Desirable
Experience with ASP.NET is a plus, as it complements your backend skills. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you oversee the delivery of projects from a technical standpoint. You are a fast thinker who enjoys brainstorming new ideas and working with innovative teams.
What you'll do
As a Technical Consultant at Khoros, you will be responsible for understanding customer goals and guiding them to appropriate technical solutions. You will design, implement, and oversee the development of these solutions, ensuring they align with customer needs. Your role will involve contributing to pre-sales efforts, including feasibility analysis, scoping, and estimation.
You will work closely with colleagues throughout the design and delivery lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms will be essential in communicating with clients and stakeholders. You will oversee the delivery of projects from a technical standpoint, ensuring that all aspects are executed effectively.
