Who you are
You have experience in underwriting, particularly in the residential real estate sector — you understand the nuances of assessing loan applications and the importance of compliance with lending guidelines. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to evaluate financial documents and make informed decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for explaining underwriting decisions and collaborating with various stakeholders.
What you'll do
As an Underwriter at Kiavi, you will review and analyze loan applications from residential real estate investors, ensuring they meet the company's lending criteria. You will assess the risk associated with each application and make recommendations based on your findings.
