What you'll do

As an Analyst on the Trust & Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring monetary safety for users and reviewing content for compliance with Kickstarter's rules and policies. You will assist the community with account issues and uphold policies that protect the company from litigation and external complaints. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and potential risks, allowing you to make informed recommendations for policy improvements.

You will work closely with other team members to develop and refine processes that ensure consistent enforcement of guidelines. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you engage with users and stakeholders to address their concerns and provide clarity on policies. You will also participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on best practices in trust and safety.
