Who you are
You are an experienced educator or instructional leader with a strong background in K–12 curriculum adoption processes. Your expertise in instructional materials and digital learning allows you to effectively communicate the value of educational programs to decision-makers. You possess excellent storytelling abilities, enabling you to engage audiences during presentations and inspire them to consider Kiddom as a partner in transforming teaching and learning.
Your presentation skills are top-notch, allowing you to deliver compelling 45–60 minute live or virtual presentations that resonate with district and state decision-makers. You understand the nuances of educational sales and can align your presentations with the needs and goals of local communities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and curriculum teams to craft presentations that showcase the usability and outcomes of Kiddom’s programs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the voice of Kiddom’s curriculum and instructional philosophy during state and district adoption cycles. You will deliver high-impact sales presentations that highlight the effectiveness of Kiddom’s Math and ELA programs. Your goal is to help districts see Kiddom not just as a program but as a valuable partner in enhancing educational experiences.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that your presentations are tailored to meet the unique needs of each audience. This involves understanding the specific challenges faced by districts and articulating how Kiddom’s solutions can address those challenges. You will also be responsible for staying updated on educational trends and curriculum standards to ensure that your presentations are relevant and impactful.
