Who you are
You are an experienced educator or instructional leader with a strong background in K–12 curriculum adoption processes. Your expertise in instructional materials and dynamic digital learning allows you to effectively communicate the value of educational programs to decision-makers. You possess exceptional presentation skills, enabling you to engage and inspire audiences during live or virtual presentations. Your storytelling ability helps convey complex ideas in an accessible manner, making you a compelling advocate for educational transformation.
You understand the unique needs and goals of local communities and can tailor your presentations to resonate with diverse audiences. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with sales, product, and curriculum teams to craft presentations that highlight the usability and outcomes of Kiddom’s programs. You are passionate about promoting student equity and growth through high-quality instructional materials.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the voice of Kiddom’s curriculum and instructional philosophy during state and district adoption cycles. You will deliver high-impact sales presentations that demonstrate Kiddom’s impact in classrooms, aiming to inspire district and state decision-makers to choose Kiddom as a partner in transforming teaching and learning. Your presentations will be 45–60 minutes long, blending instructional expertise with sales alignment to effectively showcase the value of Kiddom’s Math and ELA programs.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that your presentations are well-crafted and aligned with Kiddom’s mission. Your goal is to help districts see Kiddom not just as a program, but as a partner in educational success. You will also stay updated on the latest trends in K–12 education to ensure your presentations are relevant and impactful.
