You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — your collaborative nature helps you work seamlessly with other senior engineers, product managers, and designers. You are dedicated to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance your team's performance and the quality of the software you deliver.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Kiddom, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering full-stack product features with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture — your work will involve scoping, building, and optimizing product features to address complex problems at scale. You will lead the architecture of scalable frontend solutions, ensuring that they are robust and maintainable.

You will collaborate closely with other senior-level engineers to select the appropriate tools and technologies for each project — your input will be invaluable in shaping the technical direction of our products. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.

Your responsibilities will include implementing production-grade software solutions that meet the needs of educators and learners — you will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and monitoring. You will also participate in code reviews, ensuring that the codebase remains clean and efficient.
