Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning and AI, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Your expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch enable you to build robust systems that deliver personalized content and insights. You understand the importance of data quality and have experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering, ensuring that your models are trained on the best possible data.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, including product managers and educators, to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your strong problem-solving skills allow you to tackle complex challenges, and you are comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about using technology to improve educational outcomes and are excited about the impact your work can have on students and teachers.

What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Kiddom, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models that power our search and recommendation systems. You will work closely with the AI team to develop algorithms that provide timely insights and personalized content for educators and students. Your role will involve experimenting with different model architectures and tuning hyperparameters to optimize performance.

You will also collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines that ensure the availability of high-quality data for model training. Your expertise in machine learning will guide the team in selecting the right tools and technologies for our projects, and you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices.
