What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and mentor a performance video team to produce creative assets that drive user acquisition on paid social and other marketing channels. You will build structure, systems, and workflows that evolve alongside business needs, continuously refining how the team works to support shifting growth priorities and emerging production models. You will collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to ensure that video content aligns with overall business objectives and resonates with target audiences. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of creativity and performance within the team.
