Stacks is hiring a People Lead to build and scale their people function during a period of rapid growth. You'll partner with leadership to develop talent strategies and enhance organizational culture. This role requires strong experience in people operations and strategic HR management.

You have a proven track record in people operations, ideally with experience in scaling teams during periods of rapid growth — you've successfully built people infrastructure that supports organizational objectives and enhances company culture. Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively with leadership, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business goals. You thrive in hands-on roles, taking ownership of talent strategy, performance management, and employee engagement. You understand the importance of fostering a collaborative environment where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute to the company's success. Your experience in navigating complex HR challenges equips you to drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. You are passionate about leveraging technology and data to inform people decisions and improve processes.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions in HR. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for innovative ways to enhance the employee experience.

What you'll do

As the People Lead at Stacks, you will be instrumental in shaping the people function as the company scales. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to develop and implement talent strategies that align with the company's vision. Your responsibilities will include overseeing people operations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. You will lead efforts to create a strong organizational culture that supports collaboration and innovation. You will also be responsible for designing and executing programs that enhance employee development and career progression. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform people decisions and improve processes, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. You will facilitate communication between teams and promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have a positive experience from day one.
