Who you are

You have a strong background in software development and machine learning, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your expertise includes developing and maintaining machine learning infrastructure, particularly for financial applications. You are skilled in data engineering and have experience deploying scalable ML models in production environments.

You are proficient in Python and have a solid understanding of data pipelines and workflows. Your experience includes designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading. You are comfortable collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

You have a keen eye for performance monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that deployed models meet accuracy and efficiency metrics. You are familiar with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize models and align them with business goals. Your mentorship skills allow you to guide junior engineers effectively, fostering a collaborative team environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement machine learning models for underwriting and other financial service applications.
