What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Developer Infrastructure at Klaviyo, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing the developer experience across the organization. You will oversee the development and maintenance of tools and systems that streamline the build and deployment processes, allowing engineers to focus on delivering high-quality software. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the solutions you implement are effective and user-friendly.

You will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the Developer Infrastructure team, aligning it with Klaviyo's broader engineering goals. This includes prioritizing projects, managing resources, and ensuring that your team has the support they need to succeed. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

In addition to managing your team, you will work cross-functionally with other departments to advocate for the needs of developers and ensure that their voices are heard in decision-making processes. You will be instrumental in driving initiatives that improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering organization.
