What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Profile Traits team, you will lead a group of engineers responsible for how customer profile data is represented, stored, and served. You will oversee the development of systems that power segmentation, personalization, and analytics, ensuring they are built to scale and evolve with the platform. You will work closely with product managers to define the roadmap and prioritize features that enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve technical leadership, guiding your team through architectural decisions and best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for performance management, conducting regular one-on-ones to support your team's growth and development. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Klaviyo's data infrastructure, driving initiatives that leverage emerging technologies and AI-driven features.
