What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Amplify Engineering team, you will lead a team of seven engineers, guiding them in the design and implementation of systems that enhance the productivity of your fellow Klaviyos. You will own the vision for your team and ensure that projects are executed effectively, meeting the needs of internal stakeholders. Your role will involve regular collaboration with other teams to gather feedback and iterate on solutions, ensuring that your team's work has a measurable impact across the organization.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will conduct regular one-on-ones to discuss progress, challenges, and career aspirations, ensuring that each team member feels supported and valued. Your leadership will be crucial in creating an environment where engineers are encouraged to experiment and iterate quickly, leading to high-quality outcomes.
