You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that contribute to the company's growth. Who you are
You are an experienced financial analyst with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. You have a detail-oriented mindset and are highly motivated to contribute to the success of Klaviyo's go-to-market organization. Your analytical skills allow you to translate financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.
You possess a problem-solving attitude and are capable of managing core FP&A work streams while also supporting ad-hoc strategic projects. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively makes you a valuable resource within the Finance team. You understand the importance of financial guardrails and are adept at providing recommendations that drive efficiency and growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting that supports Klaviyo's rapid growth. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that financial insights are integrated into decision-making processes. Your work will involve owning core FP&A work streams, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will also support strategic projects that require financial evaluation and insights.
You will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the go-to-market organization by providing timely and accurate financial information. Your recommendations will help shape the strategic direction of the company, and you will be expected to present your findings to senior leadership.
