Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a Go-To-Market context, and hold a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you possess advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, enabling you to manage complex data sets effectively. You are an excellent communicator, capable of presenting financial insights clearly to senior management and collaborating with various teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Rubrik, you will own the management of Americas sales headcount and collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Recruiting to maintain accurate forecasts. You will construct and present monthly and quarterly reviews of Americas Sales to executive leaders, analyzing bookings by product and team, expenses, and productivity metrics. Your role will involve leading quota planning for the Americas and providing insights through variance analysis to finance executives. You will also be responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis to support senior management in improving business performance.
