You have a strong background in marketing operations, with experience in optimizing systems and processes that drive inbound and demand generation. Your technical skills are complemented by a detail-oriented mindset, allowing you to troubleshoot and configure marketing automation platforms effectively. You are curious about how AI and automation can enhance operational efficiency and improve process speed and accuracy.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, demand generation, web, analytics, and systems teams to ensure high-quality lead handoffs and improve conversion rates. Your ability to analyze data flows and funnel operations enables you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
What you'll do
As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will own the day-to-day configuration and optimization of the marketing automation platform, ensuring that top-of-funnel demand is captured and routed to sales efficiently. You will act as the primary marketing operations partner to the Inbound Sales team, focusing on high-quality lead handoffs and improving lead quality and conversion rates.
You will build and maintain workflows that enhance the efficiency of marketing processes, collaborating with various teams to streamline operations. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
