What you'll do
As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will own and optimize the systems that power Klaviyo's inbound and demand generation efforts. This hands-on role involves configuring and troubleshooting the marketing automation platform to ensure seamless operations. You will build and maintain workflows that facilitate high-quality handoffs to the Inbound Sales team, ensuring leads are captured and qualified with speed and accuracy. Collaborating with the Demand Generation, Web, Analytics, and Systems teams, you will focus on improving lead conversion and velocity across both product-led and sales-assisted motions. Your role will also involve analyzing data flows to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing processes are aligned with sales objectives, ultimately driving growth for the company.
