What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Amplify team, you will be responsible for developing internal tools and platforms that enhance the efficiency of Klaviyo's operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and design software solutions that address these issues. Your role will involve building AI-powered automation systems that streamline repetitive tasks and provide timely information to teams. You will engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and user-friendly.

You will participate in regular feedback sessions with internal customers to refine and improve the tools you develop. Your contributions will help accelerate deal closures, resolve customer tickets more swiftly, and facilitate smoother product launches.
