What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Infrastructure Security team, you will design, build, and maintain cloud-native security services that are used across Klaviyo. You will own meaningful components and services end-to-end, from implementation through deployment and monitoring. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure that security is integrated into their workflows.

You will be responsible for developing tools and frameworks that enable engineers to ship secure software with confidence — this includes creating automated security checks and providing guidance on secure coding practices. You will also participate in incident response and help improve the overall security posture of the organization.

Your contributions will directly impact the security and reliability of Klaviyo's infrastructure — you will work on projects that enhance the security of our cloud-native platforms and services, ensuring they are robust and performant at scale. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of security best practices with the team.
