What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Profiles, Lists, and Segments (PLS) team, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling Klaviyo's core customer data experiences. You will design and implement systems that allow customers to understand their users, group them into meaningful audiences, and keep those audiences updated as new data flows in.

You will partner closely with product managers to define project scope and requirements, translating complex data and UX challenges into actionable development tasks. Your role will involve crafting thoughtful, reusable components that enhance the user experience and ensure seamless interactions with the platform.

You will also collaborate with data scientists and other platform teams to integrate data-driven insights into your designs, ensuring that the tools you build are not only functional but also impactful for Klaviyo's customers. Your contributions will directly influence how customers target, personalize, and measure their messaging, making your work essential to Klaviyo's success.
