What you'll do

As a Lead Software Engineer at Klaviyo, you will take ownership of major product areas, shaping the architecture and guiding execution to ensure high-impact solutions are delivered at speed. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to translate innovative ideas into scalable systems that meet user needs. Your role will involve tackling complex technical challenges and influencing best practices across the New Products organization. You will also mentor senior and mid-level engineers, helping them to enhance their technical skills and contribute effectively to the team.
