What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Flows Insight & Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering solutions that empower users to build, manage, and analyze automated workflows seamlessly. You will work on an intuitive visual editor that enhances the user experience for the Flows product area. Your responsibilities will include improving existing features and developing new functionalities that align with the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure that the solutions you create meet user needs and business goals.

You will be responsible for shipping high-quality code that prioritizes performance and reliability — this includes writing tests, conducting code reviews, and participating in team discussions about architecture and design. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the Flows product area, and you will have the chance to shape the future of Klaviyo's offerings.
