Job Description
Who you are
You are a craft-driven UI Designer with a passion for creating simple and intuitive user interfaces. You have experience working in a B2B environment and understand the importance of delivering high-quality designs quickly. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with product leads and engineering teams to ensure alignment and quality in your designs. Your proactive approach allows you to jump in where help is needed, balancing execution with learning opportunities. You are eager to gain hands-on experience in AI-assisted prototyping and user research, contributing to the overall design culture at Klue.
Desirable
Experience with design systems and a strong portfolio showcasing your UI design work will set you apart. Familiarity with user research methodologies and stakeholder management is a plus, as is a desire to grow into a Senior UI Designer role in the future.
What you'll do
In this role, you will refine low and medium-fidelity flows into production-ready UI, ensuring that the designs are clean, consistent, and engaging. You will audit and improve existing screens, running a tight spec and visual QA loop to maintain high standards. Your work will directly impact the user experience of Klue's product, making it a daily driver for users. You will collaborate with senior designers and product leads to iterate quickly and effectively, contributing to the overall design strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shape the quality bar of Klue's product UI, helping to establish best practices and design patterns.
What we offer
At Klue, you will find a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. You will have the chance to make an immediate impact on the product while developing your skills in UI design and prototyping. The team values collaboration and innovation, providing you with the resources and support needed to excel in your role. If you demonstrate excellence in this position, there is potential for career advancement into a Senior UI Designer role, where you can take on broader platform ownership and influence the design direction of Klue's products.
