What you'll do

As a Senior UI Designer at Tide, you will be responsible for evolving our global platform's end-to-end user experiences. You will work on building and maintaining design systems that ensure consistency and usability across our products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs that address the needs of our users.

You will conduct user research to understand the pain points of SMEs and use this information to inform your design decisions. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate your design ideas. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to elevate the overall quality of the design work produced by the team.
