What you'll do
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key reseller partners. Your primary focus will be on enabling these partners to successfully sell KnowBe4 products, which involves understanding their business models and providing the necessary support and resources. You will work closely with partner leadership to gain executive buy-in and leverage KnowBe4's leadership to enhance these partnerships.
You will also be tasked with increasing deal registrations and acquiring new customers through strategic initiatives. This will require you to analyze market trends and partner performance, allowing you to make informed decisions that drive success. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to ensure they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in selling KnowBe4's offerings.
