You have a proven track record in sales development and team management — you've successfully led teams to exceed their targets and understand the nuances of motivating and guiding sales representatives. You are adept at creating engaging content for outreach, understanding the importance of effective communication in driving sales success.
You possess strong organizational skills and can develop structured schedules for outreach activities — you know how to balance the demands of managing a team while also being hands-on in the sales process. Your experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related field is a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can analyze performance metrics to guide your team's strategy.
What you'll do
As the SDR Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 6+ Sales Development Representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed their monthly pass goals consistently. You will conduct daily team meetings to outline expectations and establish production goals based on quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets. Your role will involve creating new content for email outreach, developing a prospecting schedule, and ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
You will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and open communication among team members. By providing ongoing training and support, you will help your team members develop their skills and advance their careers within the organization. Your leadership will be key in driving the overall success of the sales development function at KnowBe4.
