Overview
Koalafi is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to their growing customer base. You'll manage customer relationships through inbound and outbound communications. This role requires strong customer service experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer service and possess sound judgment β you are trustworthy and able to work quickly, efficiently, and independently. You are flexible and customer-oriented, ready to hit the ground running and help Koalafi scale as they transform the financing experience for their customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, providing excellent service and addressing any questions regarding their accounts with timely and accurate information. You will be the point of contact for fielding inbound communications and will assist in managing customer relationships through proactive contact. Your contributions will help shape the future direction of the company as you grow alongside it.
