What you'll do
As the Talent and Culture Lead, you will be responsible for architecting a culture that reflects Kodifly's core values and enhances the employee experience. You will design and implement rituals, programs, and experiences that strengthen team cohesion across multiple countries, including Hong Kong, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the co-founders to develop strategies for hiring, growing, and retaining exceptional talent.
