What you'll do

As the Talent Lead at Tandem, you will take ownership of the entire hiring process, from top-of-funnel sourcing to closing candidates and onboarding new hires. You will work closely with leadership to understand the talent needs of the organization and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. Your role will involve designing and implementing effective recruitment processes that ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting the company's growth objectives. You will also be responsible for organizational design, ensuring that the structure of teams aligns with business goals. You will leverage data and analytics to inform your decisions and continuously improve the recruitment process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will partner with various departments to ensure alignment on hiring needs and organizational culture.
