What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform Services team, you will lead a group of talented engineers responsible for the core infrastructure services that power Kong's ecosystem. You will be tasked with building and scaling a high-performing team, driving technical execution, and ensuring the reliability and security of the services that underpin Kong's entire product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions that enhance developer productivity and accelerate time to market.
