You are skilled in mentoring and developing talent, ensuring that your team members grow in their careers while contributing to the organization's goals. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with cloud technologies and API development is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will help you thrive in this role. A background in software engineering or data science can enhance your ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the AI Platform team, you will lead a team of 6-10 engineers, including AI/ML engineers and applied scientists. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team, driving technical execution across multiple initiatives, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality AI features. You will partner with product managers to define roadmaps and prioritize work, aligning team efforts with business objectives. Regular 1:1s with team members will be part of your routine, providing coaching and feedback to support their career development. You will also lead hiring efforts to scale the team, ensuring that you attract top talent in the AI and platform engineering domains.
