What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team responsible for building the Kong AI gateway, empowering companies and developers worldwide. You will oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring that your team meets high standards of quality and performance. You will be involved in hiring and mentoring engineers, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a collaborative environment.

You will manage work assignments and measure key performance indicators to ensure that the team is performing at its best. Your role will also involve owning the customer escalation system technically, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
