You are comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including coaches and trainees, and excel at fostering a collaborative team environment.

You are passionate about education and have a strong understanding of the IT and gaming sectors, which allows you to connect with participants and understand their needs. You are also open to travel, ensuring that you can engage with different training sessions and events as required.

Desirable

You have a rich understanding of IT and game development training programs, which enhances your ability to support the Jungle program effectively. Experience with K-Digital Training and similar government-supported educational initiatives is a plus, as is any relevant certification in lifelong education.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the operations of the Jungle training program, which aims to nurture the next generation of software developers. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding trainees, organizing key events such as orientation and graduation ceremonies, and managing various administrative tasks related to the program. Your role will involve coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the training process.

You will handle administrative duties, including document preparation and compliance with regulations and processes. Your ability to manage trainee support and address any issues that arise will be crucial in creating a positive training environment. You will also assist in evaluating the K-Digital Training process, providing feedback and support to enhance the program's effectiveness.
