Overview

Krea is seeking a Founding Customer Success Manager to drive customer onboarding and adoption of their AI creative tools. You'll work closely with creative teams and help integrate Krea into their workflows. This role requires experience in Customer Success or Account Management.

Who you are

You have experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within a creative environment such as a creative agency or startup. Your background gives you a strong understanding of creative workflows, allowing you to effectively guide customers in integrating Krea into their daily work. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams alike. You thrive in early-stage environments, demonstrating a proactive and ownership-driven attitude.

What you'll do

As the Founding Customer Success Manager at Krea, you will own the post-sale customer success process, which includes onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. You will help customers integrate Krea into their creative workflows, ensuring they derive real value from the tools. Your role will involve driving product adoption across core customer profiles and communicating new features and product updates regularly. You will track usage and customer signals to help customers maximize their value from Krea, while also identifying expansion opportunities and supporting renewals and upsells. Additionally, you will share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams to help shape future developments.
