Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in discretionary trading, with a strong background in various asset classes including cryptocurrencies, equities, futures, and currencies. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to make informed trading decisions based on market conditions, news, and events.

Your educational background includes a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with the research team to optimize trading strategies. Your understanding of financial markets is deep, enabling you to maintain and improve trading systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the discretionary trading department, focusing on executing and researching the current discretionary portfolio. You will develop and execute discretionary crypto trading strategies, ensuring that your approaches are data-driven and aligned with market trends. Your responsibilities will include monitoring market conditions and collaborating with the research team to optimize trading strategies, which will have a significant impact on the productivity of a newly formed effort within the firm.

You will also conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities, leveraging your expertise to make informed decisions that drive the success of the trading portfolio. Your role will require you to maintain and improve trading systems and processes, ensuring that they are efficient and accurate.
