Your strong written communication skills and intermediate English proficiency enable you to convey complex technical concepts clearly. You have a passion for quantitative trading and a curiosity about cryptocurrency markets, which drives your desire to excel in this role.

Desirable

Experience with low-latency C++ programming is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to contribute to our trading platform's performance. Familiarity with financial systems and trading environments will also be beneficial as you engage directly with traders and address technology changes.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at Kronos Research, you will take charge of designing and developing API integrations for crypto exchanges, which includes aggregating quotes and trades and executing orders efficiently across global exchanges. You will expand the reach of our trading platform, ensuring it collects data from and sends orders to exchanges worldwide. Your role will involve creating tools to deploy, monitor, and analyze our production processes, which are crucial to the firm's success. You will engage directly with traders to communicate technology changes, troubleshoot issues, and address incidents as they arise. Additionally, you will contribute to technical discussions, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge internally with your team. You will also be responsible for addressing occasional urgent issues, typically occurring once a month, with support from the entire team.
