What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key player in validating the performance and reliability of KUBRA's products — you will design and execute test strategies that encompass both web and mobile applications, as well as back-end API testing. You will build and maintain automated testing frameworks that enhance the efficiency of the QA process. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you will ensure that every release meets the highest standards of quality.

You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in the testing process and implementing best practices to enhance overall software quality. Your role will involve mentoring junior QA engineers, sharing your expertise in automation and testing methodologies. You will thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
