You are a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, capable of driving company-level strategic planning and execution frameworks. Your ability to provide data-driven insights will guide executive decision-making in a fast-moving AI platform company.

You excel in operational leadership, building and optimizing the operating cadence of the company. You have experience managing executive staff meetings, board meetings, and investor reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your communication skills allow you to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for investors, partners, and customers.

What you'll do

As Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals. Your insights will help shape the technical strategy and business execution, ensuring that product, infrastructure, and go-to-market efforts are aligned.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring communication and alignment across engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations teams. Your role will involve managing strategic partnerships and supporting fundraising efforts, investor relations, and customer-facing engagements. You will be a foundational voice in designing a platform that powers enterprise-scale AI, contributing to Kumo's rapid growth and success.
