Who you are

You have 3-4 years of experience in front-end development, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment — you thrive in fast-moving settings and enjoy critical thinking to tackle complex challenges. Your proficiency with modern front-end technologies, particularly React, allows you to build engaging user interfaces that resonate with audiences. You are comfortable collaborating closely with Product Designers to clarify requirements and critique designs, ensuring that the final product meets both user needs and business goals.

You are familiar with state management solutions like TanStack Query and component libraries such as Radix, which you use to enhance the functionality and usability of applications. Your experience with Tailwind CSS enables you to create visually appealing and responsive designs that elevate the user experience. You are also open to using AI development tools, as the team currently utilizes tools like Copilot and Cursor to streamline the development process.

What you'll do

As a Frontend Engineer at Kyra, you will build and maintain user-facing applications across our product suite, contributing to the overall user experience and functionality. You will participate in 2-week sprints within our agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve applying modern front-end paradigms and cutting-edge solutions to enhance our applications, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.

You will engage in technical discussions and architectural decisions, providing insights that help shape the direction of our projects. Your contributions will not only impact the immediate team but also drive strategic impact for our clients, including global brands like H&M and L’Oreal. You will have the opportunity to challenge requirements and get to the root of problems, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
