What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Driver Growth Team, focusing on fleet acquisition and management initiatives. You will develop strategies to attract and retain driver-partners, ensuring that Lalamove maintains a robust and reliable fleet. You will oversee operations across all Luzon hubs, coordinating with local teams to implement best practices and improve service delivery. You will analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and driver satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to align goals and ensure that the logistics services provided meet the needs of customers. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
