You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in a customer service or logistics environment. Your experience includes overseeing teams and ensuring high performance in a fast-paced setting. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to coach and motivate your team effectively. You are data-driven, with a strong understanding of KPIs and how to leverage them to improve team performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about enhancing customer experiences through operational excellence.
Desirable
Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus, as is familiarity with call center operations. You may have a background in training and developing staff, which will be beneficial in this role. A strong understanding of technology and how it can improve operational efficiency will set you apart.
What you'll do
As the Driver Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the call-out team.
