You possess strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders — working alongside the People Manager, you will help bring structure to the organization as it scales. Your attention to detail ensures that HR processes run smoothly, and you are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and are eager to contribute to the overall success of the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the People team, ensuring that HR processes are efficient and effective. You will assist in onboarding new employees, helping them acclimate to the company culture and processes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and supporting various HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
