Who you are

You have significant brand design experience, ideally in a corporate, agency, or consultancy environment — you understand how to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions that resonate with target audiences. Your strong strategic thinking allows you to develop and execute brand design strategies that align with clients' corporate visions and business objectives. You are adept at presenting ideas and design concepts effectively to both internal and external teams, building trust and credibility through thoughtful storytelling. You also have a passion for mentoring and guiding junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic brand design solutions that align with the client’s corporate vision and business objectives. You will ensure that all creative work consistently meets high-quality standards, aligns with brand guidelines, and resonates well with the target audiences. You will present ideas and design concepts effectively to both internal and external teams, building trust and credibility through thoughtful storytelling. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team. Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the design work contributes to the overall business outcomes of the clients.
