You have strong design skills with a demonstrated understanding of packaging design fundamentals — your expertise allows you to prioritize communication and navigate packaging design architecture effectively. With prior experience in branding and packaging within the FMCG and Food & Beverage sectors, you understand the nuances of these industries and can apply your knowledge to create impactful designs. Having worked across global brands is a huge plus, as you appreciate the complexities of designing for large portfolio clients across various markets.

You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator — your technical skills enable you to execute design concepts with precision and creativity. You have a keen eye for detail and can independently manage design projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client expectations. Your excellent communication skills allow you to defend and refine design concepts based on feedback, fostering collaboration within your team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Designer at Landor, you will explore and conceptualize design solutions that resonate with clients and their audiences. You will lead the development of design strategies, working closely with the Design Director and your team to deliver the best possible creative solutions. Your role will involve applying your design skills to a variety of projects, ranging from identity to packaging, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

You will independently manage design projects, efficiently navigating the process from ideation to implementation. This includes conducting research, brainstorming ideas, and creating mock-ups that effectively communicate your vision. You will also be responsible for presenting your designs to clients and stakeholders, articulating your concepts clearly and confidently. Your ability to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs will be crucial in achieving successful outcomes.
