What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at LangChain, you will be the go-to escalation point for technical support inquiries, diagnosing issues across customer setups and LangChain products. You will work directly with engineering and operations teams to resolve bugs, suggest patches, and ensure that customer needs are prioritized.
You will partner with Deployed Engineering to support critical enterprise customers, helping them navigate complex issues and ensuring their success with LangChain's products. Your role will involve building and refining internal tooling, diagnostics, and runbooks for complex issue triage, enhancing the efficiency of the support process.
You will also play a crucial role in defining what world-class technical support looks like for modern AI platforms, contributing to the overall strategy and execution of customer support initiatives. Your insights and feedback will help shape the future of LangChain's customer support experience.
