What you'll do

In this role, you will own the systems that power the entire customer journey, from how practices discover Lassie to how they sign up and go live. You will work closely with sales and product teams to build infrastructure that ensures new customers are successful from day one. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable systems, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

You will be involved in experimenting with new features and tools that can improve the onboarding process for health practices. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of sales processes and the satisfaction of customers. You will also have the opportunity to participate in discussions with the founders and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
