What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the sourcing and evaluation of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, and joint ventures. You will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analyses and modeling to support decision-making processes. Collaborating closely with the CEO and CFO, you will help shape the company's strategic direction through impactful financial initiatives.
