Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in developing and maintaining robust applications. Your expertise in TypeScript allows you to write maintainable and performant code, and you have a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and designers to create exceptional user experiences.
You are passionate about observability and incident management, ensuring that applications are reliable and performant. Your experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices enables you to contribute effectively to cloud-hosted infrastructure improvements. You enjoy mentoring and leading teams, fostering a culture of reliability and performance in software development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with product engineering teams to promote Developer Platform practices during development. You will instrument, monitor, and improve service code for reliability and performance, particularly in TypeScript. Your responsibilities will include implementing and operating resilient infrastructure for Lattice's SaaS applications, ensuring that partner teams can build and maintain their applications reliably.
You will lead a team that collaborates with product engineering, providing expertise in observability and incident management while adhering to Developer Platform principles. Your contributions will significantly impact the performance and reliability of Lattice's applications, making them more resilient and efficient.
