Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in leading Developer Relations initiatives, with a focus on enhancing developer experiences and fostering community engagement. Your experience includes mentoring and growing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that developers receive a unified and consistent experience across all touchpoints. You understand the importance of collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other departments to drive awareness and adoption of products. You are passionate about empowering developers and have a deep understanding of their needs in the evolving landscape of software development.

Desirable

Experience in the software development industry, particularly in roles that involve direct interaction with developers and technical communities. Familiarity with modern software delivery practices and the challenges developers face in adopting new technologies is a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt strategies to meet the changing needs of developers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and lead the strategy for Developer Relations and Experience, focusing on enabling developer success and supporting product adoption. You will influence cross-team strategies and roadmap decisions that enhance awareness, activation, and usage among developers. Your responsibilities will include driving hands-on activations that advance these goals and partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that developers have the resources they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for shaping the long-term strategy for community engagement, education, and advocacy, ensuring that developers feel supported and valued.
